A great need we have these days is simply hearing reasonable conversation on gender issues. I am glad to try to address that need, and did so recently, before an audience that really matters.
Veritas Scholars Online Academy is the largest Classical school in the world, operating online with 200 teachers and more than 10,000 students. It offers high school degrees or an a la carte menu of terrific live online and self-paced classes. My friend, Marlin Detweiler, the president of Veritas, also conducts a podcast called Veritas Vox, for the educational community. We recently recorded a conversation for the podcast to help address just this need.
As we got going it turned into two episodes. The first turns out to be more about my background and the second one is about trans, specifically some of the ideas from Across the Kitchen Table. As you listen, you can hear the perspective of an educator as he directs our conversation.

They really do a great job on this broadcast and I am happy with how it turned out. They even smoothed over the times the internet went out on us. Most importantly, high schoolers and their parents are probably the most important audience for such a conversation, where the next wave of cultural engagement is taking place.
Thank you, Veritas Scholars!
